Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Wildlings! To ensure a safe and enjoyable, experience for all guests, please review the following: 1. Booking & Facility Use Birthday party rentals include exclusive use of the entire Wildlings facility for a 2-hour party, plus a 30-minute setup window before your booked time. Parties must begin and end at their scheduled times. Early entry outside the setup window is not permitted. 2. Capacity The max # of children permitted is 20. Additional children (up to 30 total) can be added for $10 per child. Up to 2 adults per attending child. Guest counts must be respected to ensure safety and compliance with our building capacity. 3. Food & Beverages No food or beverages are provided by Wildlings under the party rental fee You are welcome to bring your own nut free food, drinks, and cake, including candles. You must supply your own disposable plates, cutlery, cups, and napkins. Alcohol is not permitted. 4. Decorations Wildlings does not provide décor. You may bring your own decorations with the following guidelines: Only temporary, non-damaging décor may be used. No tape. No confetti, glitter, or loose balloon pieces. 5. Cleanup Responsibilities Guests are responsible for: Removing all decorations. Disposing of all trash and food waste in designated bins. Guests are not responsible for: Cleaning or resetting the play space 6. Safety & Supervision Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times. Each child must attend with a supervising adult. All attendees must sign our standard Waiver, including all adults. Socks are required for all children and adults inside the play area. Wildlings staff will be on-site for support but will not supervise children. 7. Cancellations & Refunds Parties may be cancelled up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to the event for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled party time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability but is not guaranteed. 8. Unforeseen Circumstances If Wildlings must cancel your party due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather events, utility outages, emergencies, or facility issues), we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule your party. 9. Agreement By booking a party at Wildlings, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow all policies outlined in this Birthday Party Rental Agreement.
