Cancellation Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our play pass booking and cancellation policy below. Play Pass Bookings: Each play pass entitles guests to two (2) hours of playtime within our indoor play café. Guests may arrive at any time within their reserved two-hour time slot, though playtime will conclude at the scheduled end time and guests must make their way out of the play area to make room for the next guests. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation. Passes are non-transferrable and must be used by the family that made the booking Each participant, including children, infants, and adults, MUST complete a waiver before entering the play area. We recommend filling one out in advance to save time. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Guests may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled play session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. In cases of illness or emergency, guests may contact us directly to request a reschedule; accommodation will be provided where possible. No-Shows: Guests who fail to attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued. Health and Safety Socks are required for both children and adults in all play areas. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of items for infants or for medical or allergy-related reasons. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all families. Weather and Facility Closures: In the event of a closure due to inclement weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, affected guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option of a full refund or reschedule. Agreement: By booking a play pass, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
